If you are still lost...

Your primary line of support is via email. Please log into Cpanel and fill out the support ticket there, which will send an email to us. Or you may send an email to at support@geekartist.net. Requests for support must come from an email account on file with GeekArtist Web Solutions.

You may also call  (214) 731-4733. You must submit an email via Cpanel first. However, this is only a secondary line of support and is not the primary means of assistance. Phone support is limited.

Hours are: 9am to 6pm CST, Monday through Friday.

Some weekend support is available.
