This is not an instant quote. This will provide the information I need to give you an accurate estimate. I may need to call you to obtain clarification or any missing information. Phone calls are often better for this part of the process than email.

Fields marked with * are required fields. I need this information so I can get in touch with you.

Look and Feel/Tone
What look do you want for your site/business? A few ideas: Modern? Professional? Down-Home? Approachable? Cozy? Formal? Playful? High-tech?

Please spend some time looking up web sites you like. They can be related to your business or not. List those sites here:

What did you like about each site? Written content? Colors? Style? Fonts? Please be as specific as possible.

Are you a member of any professional/trade/business organizations? If so, please list them and provide web site addresses. PLEASE NOTE: Membership with any organization does not imply consent to use their logos or content on your own web site. We will need to seek explicit written consent from each organization.

Do you have businesses you work with you would like listed on your web site? If so, please list them and provide web site addresses. PLEASE NOTE: Working with any organization or business does not imply consent to use their logos or content on your own web site. We will need to seek explicit written consent from each organization.

Do you want your web site to have links to other web sites?
For example, an acupuncturist may have links to professional organizations they are a member of or to other resources providing information on the subject. Please list the URLs (web site addresses) here:

Are there any other web sites you would like to link back to you?
The more web sites that link to yours, the better your ranking in a search engine. This also increases the traffic to your site. For example: a local computer club may wish to have links to them from other businesses they work with, the Chamber of Commerce, member’s personal or business sites, other non-profits they work with, etc. This is the primary way Google (and other search engines) rank web sites. Please get people to link to your web site. You may receive a link from GeekArtist Web Design.

What pages do you envision your site having?
Expect to always have a home page. Recommended pages for all web sites include a page discussing the company/owner/etc. (About Us page) and a Contact page (address, phone, email, maps, fax, etc.) What else would you like? Samples: Information about your industry? Products/services? Newsletter? Price list? Coupon Page? Blog?

Please provide any additional comments or questions you may have regarding this process or GeekArtist Web Design.
