We recommend you have your free one hour consultation before placing your order. If we receive your order without speaking to you, we will contact you by phone to ensure you are getting the package that best meets your needs.

No work will begin without a signed contract and half of the fee up front. You can pay by check, cash, money order, cashier's check or PayPal.

If you prefer a printable version to fax, you can find one here that will open with Adobe Acrobat.
